  • Personal Information - When you use the Webstore, we collect certain personal information about you in order to process and fulfill your order including your name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and email address. This information is stored in association with your Apex Sport Account.
  • Transaction Information - When you purchase a Product through the Webstore, we collect information related to the transaction such as information on the Product purchased and the price of the purchase. We use this information to process your order, deliver the Product to you through a third party, and improve our products and services.
  • Payment Information - Your payment information, including credit card information, is collected and stored by the payment processor, FoxyCart.com LLC, not the Webstore and is collected and stored in accordance with FoxyCart.com LLC's Privacy Policy. If you use another payment processor (if available), your payment information is governed by their privacy policy.
