Information we collect and how we use it
- Personal Information - When you use the Webstore, we collect certain personal information about you in order to process and fulfill your order including your name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and email address. This information is stored in association with your Apex Sport Account.
- Transaction Information - When you purchase a Product through the Webstore, we collect information related to the transaction such as information on the Product purchased and the price of the purchase. We use this information to process your order, deliver the Product to you through a third party, and improve our products and services.
- Payment Information - Your payment information, including credit card information, is collected and stored by the payment processor, InternetSecure, not the Webstore and is collected and stored in accordance with InternetSecure's Privacy Policy. If you use another payment processor (if available), your payment information is governed by their privacy policy. Uses
We use the information collected to process and fulfill your orders on the Webstore; to handle customer service, returns, and warranty claims, which may be handled through a third-party partner; to improve Apex Sport's products and services; and to meet our reporting and auditing obligations.

The information collected on the Webstore may be shared with other companies or individuals outside of Apex Sport in the following circumstances:
We provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other businesses or persons we have contractual relationships with for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. For example, we may provide your name and shipping information to a fulfillment vendor in order to deliver the purchased Product to you, handle warranty claims, and process returns. We require that these parties agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with our privacy policies and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Any information sent to Apex Sport will be maintained in accordance with the Apex Sport Privacy Policy.

These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical and technical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
