Shipping Information
We ship to Canada, the USA, most of Europe and Asia. If you live in Africa and really need this product, just send us an email and we will make arrangements.
Shipping is by FedEx. In Canada or the US, you will have your choice of standard (Ground) or Priority Overnight shipping. All other destinations are by International Priority, which usually takes 2 days. All shipping is insured for the invoice value. If you would like us to use another method such as Canada Post or your own courier account, just let us know by email or phone.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is needed.
The shipping rates quoted when you Buy Online are usually accurate but they do not constitute a commitment to ship at that price. Fedex adds surcharges for some locations that make shipping prohibitively expensive. If you live in one of those locations, we will let you know by email before shipping your product and offer alternatives. For instance, for some remote Canadian locations, Canada Post provides an economical alternative. That's our tax dollars at work.
If none of the alternatives works for you, we will refund any monies paid and cancel the order.
You are, of course, welcome to pick up your paddles at our location in Burlington. Just call in advance so we can clean up the place.
Oh, and one more thing. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees and other such nefarious gougings are out of our control and not our responsibilty. You will be on the hook for those so do your research before ordering.
